Getting prepped up for the Gillette Rally, greasing wet bolts, adjusting brakes, etc. Whoops, broken leaf on front doorside axle spring. I,ll call Lippert in the AM and order a new spring for about 60 bucks. Hope I can find time to put it on. Noticed in the yellow pages a little co. in a nearby town that says they do spring repair. Long story short, I took the spring off and went there. The fixed it on the spot and wondered if 20 bucks was alright. I had an old axle I wanted to give them to get it off my workbench. The owner said OK no charge. By 1:30 I'm back in business. Midway Spring in Afton, MI.
