Local Tampa had our 3 month old trailer for 3 and a half months. Our awning left the factory with only one screw on each side of the end cap, and the screw backed out and the awning fell off causing damage to the door. Finally after being called a liar by a service rep at Heartland they (manager) approved the repair. The door was a special order and took 2-3 weeks to ship from the vendor. After repeated runaround callsand a month and a half I got tracking Info that the door had been delivered to camping world 3 weeks earlier. Wouldn't not recommend anyone go to camping world Tampa' s service department. HORRIBLE customer service.
