Cleaning or maintenance

I have a 2014 3875 BH with two Dometic AC units. Is there a recommended cleaning or maintenance routine to do annually or more often? My main unit in living kitchen area just never cuts off during daytime with temps around 90 outside. I keep the thermostat set point at 76 or 78 and don't try to make it a meat locker. I've used gentle hose water to wash off the topside unit and I keep the inside filters clean. Anything else to do to help it maintain max efficiency

Remove the roof hood covers, clean the aluminum cooling fins to remove any debris, bugs, dirt. Be gentle and Take care as these fins bend very easy. There is a special fin brush if they do get bent.
