Couch Material

I have a 2011 Road Warrior. The material from the couch is starting to peel from the heat and humidity. I was told by a Heartland Rep. that I needed to get the information from a sticker that was placed under one of the cushions. I have not been able to locate it think it was never put on or maybe it fell off. Anyway, this is what she requested, even though I sent her a picture. I have attached a photo of my couch, so that if someone can help with the sticker information.
