Customer Service -- Lippert Components

We were recently in Quartzsite, Arizona and attended the Arizona Chapter rally at Desert Gold RV Park. The Lippert personnel put on a presentation at the rally and we ended up buying a Flex Air pin box for our 2010 Landmark. The Lippert representatives, especially Beverly, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant experience regarding the purchase and installation and would highly recommend them.:rolleyes:

We second Beverly and her team. We got the 6 pt level up and they were awesome! Had us out in less than 5 hours and this was in the middle of all the show requests to check things out on other lip pert components. Btw - 1 thing I learned really well from them was - if you're having trouble with a lippert component- call Lippert first. They explained that so many of the dealers don't know the different systems that well and just make up answers. We had 1 woman at the rally who could not get her level up to be properly level. Her dealer told her she didn't have that feature! 10 minutes of adjustment by the lippert customer service folks and her rig was spot on. She had owned the rig for 1 1/2 years....
