Had new unit one week. Yesterday I got 1.2" of rain. When I opened the entry door, a good stream of water came pouring out from the outside bottom corner and soaked my pants leg. The reason I mention this, my last unit, a Forest River Cedar Creek 37RDQS also collected water in the bottom of the door. I was not aware of this until the bottom piece fell off one day when I opened the door. The inside bottom of this door was a piece of wood approximately 1" x 1.5" and was totally rotted out. I was able to make a replacement in my shop for that one. I also applied sealer. Checking the door on my new unit, water could (and obviously did) drain down the door and collect inside. This is a known potential trouble spot as for as I am concerned, and I will be keeping a close check on my door. For some reason I can't start a new paragraph, so I am thanking you in advance.
