I want the thank Elaine H. at Heartland for all of her work in helping me get my awning replaced and now working on a cracked rim on my big horn
The awing ripped at the top track. this was caused by bad installation. when installed the awning was hanging 6 inches out of the track.

Our awning is pulled out a few inches on the other end (was that way at the PDI), but won't be able to get it fixed under warranty until after our last two camp outs of the season.

Until then, we just can't put it out all of the way.
