Sure sounds like the majority of you are in COLD weather climates! Please stay safe and try and stay warm.

We here in Florida are having to run the AC due to upper 80's which is unseasonably WARM for December.

Not complaining.........just sayin!

Wetumpka?? We are at Capital City RV Park...where are you???

Our "home" campground is Ft. Toulouse Historical site. It is a COE park that is leased to the state of Alabama. How long will you be at Capitol City? We are in Nashville, starting today (December 8) until next Sunday (December 15). We will be back in Wetumpka on that Sunday. Wetumpka is our home as we still own a house there (for just a bit longer) but we stay in our BC all the time and our son lives in our house for now.

Darn...sure wish I'd realized sooner! Our job finishes here next week and we leave on Saturday the 14th, we've been here since November 2nd. We too are fulltime...have been for more than 8 years now. Maybe we'll catch you at a Heartland rally down the road...

It's a balmy 10 above right with light snow now after several days of going below zero at night. Warmed up so it could snow. People say this weather keeps the Riff-Raff out...Then what am I doing here??...Don

Got down to 8º last night, probably the same tonight with a balmy 32º for about an hour during the day. It might snow but they've been pushing off that one, ya never know around here.
Sunny and cold makes it fun to mess with the pets and husband...shuffle across the floor and zap noses ;)

Me too!!! We have been in and out all of November. Malcolm's company has an office there in Wetumpka (his original office location) and now the company has asked him to base out of the Nashville Corporate office. What work brought you to the Wetumpka/Montgomery area and Where is "home" in Texas? We will be traveling to Texas in late March/early April.

We have working on a gas line survey for Alagasco. We travel the country working for different gas companies. We have an RV lot in Mission, TX and are headed there for about three weeks before heading to a new location in early January...

No...we are actually next door in Retama Village. It's a 55+, rv based, residential community. We have owned two different lots there since 2007...our current lot is in phase II....sold our phase I lot several years ago and moved into a larger lot...made a nice profit and "moved on up":)

Where will you be in January? We have travelled to several locations with Malcolm's work as they have field offices across the country close to where they are working with a toll facility customer.
We just found out this morning that Malcolm's boss here in Nashville, thought we were going to be here for two weeks instead of one....so we are going to reconsider when we are leaving here. They would like him here for the full two weeks, if possible. Glad we live in our BC full time and can change as scheduling warrants.
