How do I access the HDMI port?

I have a 2017 BH 3575EL with a 55" Insignia tv and have a problem. I'm at a campground that provides free cable tv but I need to hook up a cable tv digital adapter and this requires me to run a HDMI cable from the adapter to my tv and I can't get to the HDMI port on my tv without unbolting the tv from the wall. Am I missing something? There has to be a better way.

there should be hdmi port on the wall near tv- in mine above tv in cabinet- that has the coax connections- you should be able to plug in the hdmi cable from box to there - which I connected to tv- on my unit it is hdmi 2 when changing tv inputs
