How do I manually adjust my brake shoes on my 3570 fifth wheel electric brakes

Hi,
New to the forum. I have a 2014 Heartland 3570 Bighorn fifth wheel that the brakes need adjusted. I removed the two rubber access plugs and with a flashlight and screwdriver cannot find a star wheel back there to adjust. Anyone have any thoughts? Thank you.

Did you check all 4 to see iif you see a wheel on any other. It’s possible this set of shoes has come apart and the adjuster had fallen down against the drum

Hi, thanks. Yes,, I did check all 4 and no starwheel for adjustment. From some others that I have asked, starwheel is on other side. Only way to adjust is to either remove wheel and drum and adjust from inside or back up or forward and apply brakes from controller. Neither worked. Guessing adjust may be froze, since rubber dust covers are gone. Close to just taking it to dealer to have adjusted.
