Induction stove top, microwave convection, air conditioners, coffee pot, each draw 14-20 amps. You'll have to carefully manage electrical usage to fit within a 30 amp supply. The Power Converter is also drawing power all the time, so you won't actually have 30 amps available. If your coach has a residential refrigerator, that'll consume 6-8 amps when the compressor runs.
If you plan on having 30 amp service most of the time, you probably want a gas range as opposed to induction. And a gas absorption refrigerator running on propane will also reduce the load. Running the water heater on propane will be essential.
If you're looking at a Landmark 365, it comes with a Power Control System that will assist you by shedding loads automatically when you try to use more power than is available.
