Issue closing slide

We have a 2014 Cyclone 3100. Twice now when closing the living room (main) slide, the bottom started coming in but the top got 'stuck'. The first time it happened it all of a sudden kind of broke free and popped in catching up to the bottom. Today while I was holding the button to bring it in, my husband stood outside (luckily because it happened again), he gave the slide a little push to get the top going. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything we can do to prevent this? Is this something I need to take it back to the dealer for?

It can be adjusted. If you are within your 1 year warranty, I would take it back to the dealer, as adjustment the slide mechanisms by an unqualified servicer could void the warranty, according to Lippert's manuals, and disclaimer on their "how to adjust slide mechanisms" video.

The rams push/pull the bottom and the top has to follow. Probably just needs a little adjustment.
