Just purchased at 2017 3970rd. The media player display doesn't light up and even with the app you can't change the source. Backlight is on and lcd screen is on but not characters display. Previous owner changed fuse but still doesn't work. I was looking at replacement but I want to know if anyone has used a different make or model that fits.

To replace it your probably going to need some cabinet work unless you contact Jensen with your current model number and buy a new Jensen. Where do you live?
