Level the trailer a tiny bit nose-high. When everything is set, drop the nose to put a little pressure on the tripod. Last step, snug up the rear stabilizers. They have to have a bit of pressure on them so the normal rockin' and rollin' when you move around doesn't lift the pin up off them. Ours worked well, but now I have an air pin box, so doesn't do much good.
