Leak......

I know, the unit is getting older..... (2013)

Living room slide, forward facing side wall window. Mushy wall paper under window, blisters oozing brown juice, couch wet, pillows wet. (Couch snugs up to wall) Carpet under couch very wet. Wife unhappy. Happens when slide is out and it rains. Suspecting window, although there is some rubber on top of slide that is chafing with bare metal showing and seams that are coming undone.... where to start...... Really? After two years? This is totally unsat.

Anyone have any dealing s with this particular scenario?

First move I guess is to remove window and see if "assembly specialist" forgot the butyl tape..... It's a lot of water though. Cant imagine that all coming in around the window.....

I highly doubt your leak is caused by the window. If you have chafing on the slide I would begin at that point. With the amount of water you have coming in the leak is most definitely originating from the top of the slide and either entering from the top or sides.
