Stopped for the night and wife found 2 screws laying in front of the TV. Both screws holding the TV at the bottom brackets were out. Good thing her hands are small. I hate to think what it will take to remove the TV

Isn't the TV mounted on a bracket? Mine is, and I can easily pull it out about 6-8" from the wall. Guess this was to allow it to face the couch vs the two recliner chairs.

A good way to keep screws that normally unscrew themselves in place is to put some RVers GOOP elastomeric adhesive on the threads and under the screw head. This dries to a gummy rubber that retains the screws, but makes the screw easily removable with a screwdriver. You can get RVers GOOP in the RV section (near auto parts) at most Walmart stores.
