Caught In A Mosh
We were supposed to get our rig back this week. Like clock work our dealership called today to let us know that the final warranty part had come in. But, I still couldn't pick it up because the forklift driver had scraped it up against another rig.

The service manger stated that due to all of the snow we received recently and the ice underneath, that the forklift lost traction and slid. They have already ordered the parts for complete replacement of the window and the awning bracket. With so many stories out there of dealers denying damages, we are considering ourselves fortunate. They didn't even really need to tell us anything, and could have replaced the parts while "waiting" on warranty items. Our dealer is Windish in case anyone wants to know.
