Pioneer DS310 - Slide Room Motor location?

I had my TT 10 months, took 3 months to get RV appointment and they would not honor warranty. My slide out in the bunkhouse works sometimes! When it does work, it sounds fine. The switch has power but where is the motor? I have had my rv 18 months and would love to return it for all the issues I've had. I used heartlands "contact us" to no avail. If I get this fixed I am going to sell it. My dream is a nightmare!

Have your trailer VIN ready, then ask your question about the motor location.

And perhaps over the weekend, someone else with a similar unit may offer some advice via reply to this thread.
