Power control display

Hi i have a new RW 427 and have fig out most of its workings but i dont know if my power control lcd display is broken or just not turned on . Also not sure what the toggle switch below the display is for exactly. Any help is appreciated thanks

Can you take a picture of this display and switch and reply with the image attached?

On some of the new Cyclones the switch for the tank heaters (Yeti package) is located below the Power Management display.
