You should have a crank handle with a slot on the end. It fits into a fitting on the door side of the jacks. If you remove the motor, you'll find the same fitting on that end, as well. Unless you've neglected to spray a little lube on the screw, raising/lowering them manually is not difficult. Found that out a few weeks ago when my motor took a dump. But I've managed to repair it (another thread on that).
