Replacing a broken Kinro window

We just received a new Kinro replacement dual pane window from Heartland to replace a broken one on our 2014 Key Largo. There were no instructions or hardware sent with the package. Does anyone know if there is a website to find installation instructions? We have been googling sites, but we have not found any sites specific to our unit. If anyone has replaced a Kinro window on their unit, do you know if we will need to use sealing tape and/or caulk to set the window? Since no new hardware came with the window we will try to reuse what's left from the broken window.

Framed window? Should be a screwed flange on the inside - remove and window is then held fast to the outside of the unit by butyl tape under the outside flange. Gently pry off without damaging sidewall. Once you start it use your fingers, or other blunt/rounded tools to pry away the window from the side of the unit.

I used new butyl tape, cut to width, around the inside of the new window flange - insert into rough opening and then with the help of the DW holding the window from the outside, attach the inner flange (inside the coach) and start the screws. Starter screws in the outside corners (not tight), then add the rest and start by snugging up all the way around.

Here is a link to a simple online instructions.

Hope this helps,
Brian
