Resurfacing garage and side patio floor

Hi everyone!

We just purchased our first RV and selected a 2016 RW 427. 2 inspections, one independent to us. Small items that I think we can address, but consmetically, the side patio floor and garage exterior patio floor is certainly not new, but from time looks worn.

Is there some type of sealer or treatment to recommend to bring the look back to life?

Hoping for some ideas, or are we stuck having it look this way?

I used Herculiner 4 years ago for a 2-coat complete covering on the rear deck....since then, I brush it on every year to keep all edges sealed.
