Second AC for Bedroom - Where to buy?

We are considering a second AC unit as our Sundance is wired for it. We were considering going to Camping World. We live in North Central Florida area. Any suggestions? John

Would this be a DIY protect?
If yes, you could find them on ebay or order one through your dealer.
If you would have it installed, any dealer could do it.

Look on the net. I have found some they call "scratch and dent" for under $400. IMHO, CW is TOOOO high on everything.

Wherever you get the A/C installed make sure they seal it off from the attic or you will get sewer smell.
Get a good warranty as they are problematic.Had our new Penquin repaired twice since last January.
Don't be discouraged though it well worth the money if you spend time in the south.You probably already
know heat rises.

Why is that-I thought the sewer vent pipe is sealed going through the attic area and vents above the roof? Educate me.Thanks, Steve

The issue of vent sealing has been previously discussed on other threads.Its all about tank flexing and actual roof venting.I duct sealed between the roof sheeting and vent pipes.
