Really sorry to hear of your problems but has Heartland been involved helping with this problem? They should have involved after the leak persisted after the second repair try.
Have you looked into getting the floors repaired? I've seen posts about people cutting out a problem section, putting in cross supports, and patching with a new piece of wood.
