Although I've emailed them directly I want to pass on to everyone the superior support that I received from several Heartland Staff and my dealership. As many have probably read we've had issues with the slides and level-up not wanting to retract during the cold weather of this winter. Also we've had some other growing pains (loose trim, cracked fenders) over the past year as well. Ron Scarberry and Andy worked tirelessly with my dealer (Lifestyle RV in Grain Valley MO) to get everything corrected. The word of such support made by fellow group members is what initially sold us on jumping from our SOB to the Landmark and I say, without any reservation, that what we were told is an understatement. The support has been beyond what I can describe in words. Kudos to all and please keep up the great work.
