TV Mount plate for Gateway 3660TB

New to the forum here and already have some good ideas.

My wife and I purchased a new Gateway 3660TB in May. I want to put a TV mount in the bedroom for a TV, but can not confirm if a mounting plate is there. If there is I would like to mount to it. If not, i may take a large piece of wood and cover it with felt and attach that to the studs. That will allow me attach the TV mount anywhere on the wood.

Does anyone know if there is a TV mount in the outside wall?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There's lots of useful information here along with a great bunch of friendly and helpful people.

It's possible another Gateway owner has gone before you, but if not, I'd suggest you call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. They should be able to tell you if there's a backing plate in the wall.

If the signal booster is nearby, it's likely there's a place to mount the TV.
