Water leaking inside 2008 3055rl during heavy rain

While parked at a paved campsite, we experienced steady, heavy rain for a full day. The 5th wheel was level, all the slideouts remained dry, but the carpet in the aft corner (between the large rear window and the entertainment center, doorside) was soaked. No water was visible along any inside wall or in any ovehead cabinet - just the carpet along the bottom of the wall corner was wet. The seam along the roof and aft end cap looked good, as did the side seams where the aft cap attaches to the side wall. There were no visible signs of any cracks in the caulking anywheres along either seam. Anyone have any ideas where the leak might be?

Yes. We had the exact same leak. I found it by watering selectively with a hose a little at a time. It turned out that there was small gap in gasket that is sandwiched between the outside window flange and the outside wall. A small amount of caulk solved the problem. Inspect all around the window on that side for a small gap in the black gasket sandwiched between the window and the wall. That solved ours. Hope this helps. We have a mystery leak in the entertainment center on the floor outside corner back where the subwoofer is hidden. It is in the corner near the front of the trailer. I too have checked all the places it could be. Even put tape all around the outside of the window in the entertainment center wall. Though it too might be the window like the one you have. But to no avail. It is a true mystery.
