WeatherPro Awning Wind Sensor

Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with the wind sensor on their electronic patio awning? If we turn on the wind sensor feature it just beeps and the awning rolls in after about 2 minutes. Our camper isn't new but has been very well taken care of and it worked fine when we last used it which has been a while.

1. We have had the Weather Pro since '06, and it worked correctly once. The company rep looked at it 2 years ago at the Goshen rally, and he had a tech check it out. Nothing was wrong, but I do not depend on the wind sensor. In fact I have turned it off, and if we go away for any length of time or question able weather is in the area I roll up the awning. Good luck getting yours working again.

You could have a bad control board. Keep in mind the wind sensor is on the roof (at least mine is) and it could go bad. Mine went bad once and was replaced.
