Wingard Trav'ler 1000 and Hopper 3

I have installed a DPH42 switch and solo hub but still can't get a completed "acquiring satellite" screen. I've tried both a soft and hard reset, but no luck. I believe my wiring is correct, but still only get about 1/3 of screen complete. Any suggestions?

Thanks Terry. I followed the directions and things seemed to work. At first I could get only the 110 satellite. After reading the suggestions more closely, I discovered I needed to do a "hard" reset on the DPH42 also. Haven't tried that yet, but will tomorrow morning. The article was of great help. Thank you!!!!
