I ran 14000 miles on the Sailun S637 (G-rated LT) that came as original equipment on my 2011 BH 3585 and they still look prety good. I am likely to change for a new set of the same before our next extended trip.

Is there a possibility that the BH 3875 is also made available with the option of an office/hobby room in lieu of the second lavatory?

I also had the same leak on my 2011 3585 and, yes, the water came from the small window by the door. The dealer fixed it during warranty and it has been dry since then.
