We pulled our new Gateway 3650BH in the rain yesterday and when we arrived at the park we noticed that the carpet on the edge of the main slide was wet. It appears that water from the tires got through the bottom seal somehow. Anyone else have this issue? If so any ideas how to fix it?
The rear ac is running but not cooling. It was working fine yesterday. Any ideas?
I just checked and the compressor is running and the high side line is only warm so it must have lost most of it's freon. I guess it's time to call Heartland and get a new one.:p
I just picked up our new 3650bh last week and I'm wondering if there is any need to slide the hitch back to park it? I have a 2005 Ford F250 with a shortbread. It seems to have enough room without sliding it back but I just wondered what you guys think.
We just finished a mini remodel on our new Pioneer. We painted the walls, re-upholstered the cushions, and installed a tile backsplash. It really lightened up the rooms and gives more of a cabin feel. What do you guys think?
I just purchased a Heartland Pioneer DS31 a few months ago and was very surprised by the amount of sway and unstable feeling it has over 60 mph. I have moved some weight forward to increase hitch weight and it is a little better but still not great.

My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer, a 2013 Heartland Pioneer DS31. We have had it for a few months and 3 camping trips and so far we love it. I have a lot to learn but it looks like I've come to the right place.:)
