Clogged 40 gallon holding tank. Won't drain.

I have an outback travel trailer. It has a 40 gallon holding tank. I have tried everything but it still won't drain.

What do I do to fix it?

After pulling the release handle and you don't drain you will need to access the valve on the tank and check that the valve is opening when the handle its pulled. It may be disconnected from the cable.

As mentioned, it could have come loose from the cable. Cable pull valves, the cables are attached to the valve body with an "Allen" set screw. It could have become loose and fell out. It could have also come loose at the handle, maybe unscrewed from the back of the "T-handle".
