Two possibilities: 1) the drawer box is not square, or 2) one of the drawer slides is not mounted/aligned properly.
Use a speed square inside the box to check all corners are 90 degrees. And compare the slide positions on both sides of the drawer and the frame.
They’re not exactly made by cabinet craftsmen (or a DIY’er that gives a hoot).
