Without more information and possibly pictures, I don't think anyone will be able to help the OP. The discussion has moved off the problem and is now focused on the OP.
How about if we leave the thread open so the OP can follow up with more information. In the meantime, we might all hold back on posting speculative comments about the problem and the OP.
