I saw a thread some time ago about the Grill Guard. I got tired of not being able to use my grill because of windy days. I kept a shortcut of the Grill Guard web site and did some reading.
I went to Lowes and checked out what material I would need to make a guard. An aluminum piece that would fit the bottom and back cost about $50 and one to fit the sides was about $25 then the cost for hinges and a lock to keep the sides attached. Then I needed to find a way to cut the aluminum to size. So I just went and bought a grill guard. A grill guard for my baby weber cost about $95 and it works great.
Here are some photos.
