Hey All - Just curious if anyone knows anything about when a dealer places an order to Heartland for a trailer build. I'm wondering when the dealer has to pay Heartland for the unit they've ordered built?

Just picked up a 2012 Greystone 33CK. It has a specific television mount in the rear bedroom and in the outside kitchen. Two questions: 1) I would like to buy another mounting bracket that goes on the back of the TV. 2) I would like to consider buying another arm and TV mounting bracket...

Would anyone know how many roof vents there are on a 33CK? I need to plan how many vent covers to order. Thanks.

Does Heartland offer an integrated rear bike tray that slides out from the back of any of the trailers? I have a Greystone 33CK on order and this doesn't appear to be an option, but I've seen it on other brands and would love to have one. I saw a veiled reference to Sundance having such a thing.

I have just ordered a 33CK. One thing I wanted to find out is whether a bigger awning and be put on it, to use up some of the space between the awning edge and the canopy of the outdoor kitchen.

Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the Sundance and the Greystone lines? I see the 3300 CK is available in both. Are there build differences? Quality differences? Thanks for any insights.

Does Heartland not reply to e-mails sent via their web site? I've sent two emails and have not had a reply to either. Not impressed so far. I'll pick up the phone next week (how quaint!) to see if they can answer my questions. Written responses that I can keep in my files are sooooo much...
