I can't find the water pump in our North Trail 24 bhs. I called Heartland and the guy said look under the kitchen sink...nope, not there. I'm preparing to winterize and I need to know where the uptake hose is located for anti-freeze.

We haven't taken our first trip yet, we are learning about how everything works and getting ready to go in 7 days. We have one slide that houses the booth and table. Do we need to get support jacks for when the slide is out?

We just turned on our Dometic refrigerator in our brand new 2016 Heartland, North Trail 24bhs. This is our first trailer, first rv refrigerator. What should we expect? Is the refrigerator supposed to make noise when plugged in and turned on? Fan?

We have a North Trail 24bhs.....it doesn't come with a ladder to get up to the top bunk bed. Looking for suggestions for purchasing a ladder.

How is the North Trail brand different the the Sundance brand. We are real close to buying a North Trail 24 BHS. I noticed on the Heartland website that the Sundance XLT 24 BHSS has the same floor plan.
