    Vent Cap

While up on roof checking caulking, I noticed the vent caps have a small hole on top of them. It looks like there was caulking covering the holes but I can't tell for sure. Should these holes be caulked? It doesn't make sense to have the hole and then caulk it.

Hard to open grey tank valve

Having an issue opening/closing the grey tank 1 valve on our Landmark. Once you get it open, hard to pull, when you push back to close, the cable sleeve pushes out of the fitting on the back of the UDC and you can't close. Dropped underbelly enough to get to, and valve sets so the cable pull is...

Put some new Sailun 235/85R 16's on the Landmark. Weight from the scale shows my axles at 11,760 lbs. I am going with 12K for figuring purposes. According to the Sailun tire chart with me having 2 axles, I could run below 100 PSI if I am looking at it right. Is there any reason to run 110 PSI...

    Summit

My baby girl Summit went to the Rainbow Bridge on 1-12-18. She was 16 years old and had been by my side the whole time. She was the best companion you could ask for. She is the reason we bought our first camper as at that time not many motels would accept pets, especially an 80 pound lab. She...
