Thanks Carl. In our case that was hooked up properly. So last night I pulled the Audio unit out of the cabinet and found that the video plug was very loose. Pushed it all the way on and now it works fine. Thanks for your reply! Doug.

Ended up ordering from a local dealer - well, the closest local dealer I have (1 1/4 hour drive). Probably spent a little more but happy to have the dealer about an hour away instead of 4.

We were down to the same two choices. Went with the 31QBS because of the rear bunk room (for the grandkids and their parents) :-) Also liked the sofa across from the dinette instead of next to it for group conversation. But the lack of kitchen storage is a bit of a drawback...

This was the one thing it seemed we would have to put up with less of to get the otherwise great 31QBS floorplan. Anybody have any clever solutions to making up for the missing pantry or drawer/cupboard space in the 31QBS kitchen? Thanks, Doug

Re: winterizing In my old trailer (while I'm waiting for my NT) I just drained the fresh water tank and poured a couple gallons of antifreeze in to it. Then I raise the tongue up a bit to let it all flow back to the opening leading to the pump and just use the pump with it's standard...
