Bedroom slide out

The DW was putting the slides out the other day and for the first i saw where the bottom of the slide came out about 3 inchs before the top began moving out ! Is any one elses doing this or is something wrong with mine ?

Is your slide "cable" or "hydraulic"? My cable slide comes in even at the top and bottom, my hydraulic slide comes in bottom first for the first few inches until it comes up out of the floor.

It's a hydraulic !

The hydraulic ram pushes from the bottom and the top follows.
