In regards to what? Guess at least I need more information. Are you talking furnace, air conditioner, ceiling fan, exhaust fan, vent fans?

I think that is a three speed temperature control vent fan that can be in the bedroom or bathroom. It could also come with a rain sensor as part of the option. Think fantastic vent fan type. The rain sensor would close the vent in case of rain.
