Does anyone know what these are?

These two items were in a drawer and the former owner said they were always there and they did not know what they were for. Please chime in if you do.20170613_140846.jpg

I believe they go in the door of the fridge to keep things from falling over or moving around. They mount either on the inside of the door itself or on the rail on the door shelf. They keep smaller bottle or other items from moving around. The small fridge in my horse trailer has them.

They look like Ice maker parts for a residential fridge, but they are too large. They look like the pieces that rotate around and knock the ice cubes out of the holder.
