We have tried to play 3 different DVD's and they won't load and play, we can put others in and they play as they should. Any idea of what the problem could be. We are also wondering if there is any way to update the firmware to the player?
I didn't know there was a different region code on DVD's until your response. I tried to play the same DVD on my laptop and it said the region code was different. Will do some more research on your response. Thanks!
I think someone posted a few years ago about a similar problem with discount store (the dollar type) DVDs that had been sourced from outside the U.S. and wouldn't play.
