There is a dedicated transfer switch that takes power from either the inverter, or shore power. When on shore power, it should switch from inverter to shore power. So either the transfer switch is not actually getting shore power (circuit breaker tripped maybe?), or the transfer switch is not operating correctly. While on shore power i have to turn on the inverter to power the residental refrigerator....is this the way it should work?
Thank you sirBattery cutoff should be left ON while on shore power. That will keep the battery fully charged and will also keep 12V systems working during power outages.
I see a lot on Amazon. Here is the GoPower 50 amp TS, with arrival date of Nov 5th for me (which is only 1 day). I used this TS for about a year, until I moved to a GoPower IC2000, which has the TS built in.Well finding a new transfer switch has proved impossibile!!
I called yesterday and left a message, no call back yetCall magnum tech support before replacing it. They will help you troubleshoot over the phoneView attachment 66440
