I am not finding the part number here for the SW12DE water heater to replace the board.

It's not getting hot, push the reset on the outside of the unit.
Shorted ac heater?
How did you determine a new board was required

The board was hanging the double-backed tape failed I screwed the board to the wall and worked again loose connection? Part #520914.
