My 2010 North trail 28RLS………..Has a bad city water connection; this is due to the fact the check valve went bad. I am currently working remote and my wife has made 3 trips each trip being 170 miles one way to the dealer and each time she has came back with the wrong part. I even sent the old part with her for a comparison…. I am very unimpressed with this dealer. You can rest assured this is the last time we do business with those guys. My question now is…..where can I go online and order the right part for this travel trailer….. It appears to have no part# on it but it is stamped B&B on one edge…

If you're running off your fresh water tank and pump and the water is shooting out of the city water fitting due to the bad check valve, you can screw in a brass double male union and put a plastic hose cap on the outside end. That will stop the water from flowing out when the pump runs until you can get the right replacement part.
