Slide out not level

Hi guys,

Hopefully im at the right place. I have a 2012 Heartland Wilderness 2650 BH. just like this one.

We just bought it a few months ago and only used it a few times before storing it for the winter. My question is that Is it normal that the slide out is not level when fully extended? If so how much are you allowed to have it off by? its level side to side but its sloping down. when I retracted it the slde is perfectly flush with the trailer with no gaps.

I cant seem to find a manual on how to adjust it either.

Any advice?

Slides should have a slight tilt so that water runs off to the outside when extended. If it needs adjustment, depending on what slide mechanism you have, you'll likely find a manual in this folder.
