Sundance 287RL - Is there a way to open door all the way?

Hello all - we have a 2013 Sundance 287RL. So far we really like it; however, we would like to be able to open the door all the way when the awning is closed. Is there a way to do that? I understand that when the awning is open the door wouldn't be able to open completely. It just kind of bugs me.....
