Tv - control box to lift tv

We are experiencing problems with our tv lift controller. It keeps flashing red and green. Do you know what this means? Is it a problem, if so what can we do about it. We seem to be having problems with our tv lift control.

I would suggest you call HL service, have your VIN# handy and ask them.

I'm not sure what brand of lift you have. I found one on Lippert's site (link) but didn't find any troubleshooting for it.

I think you first need to determine who the maker of the lift system is - then we can help you with the next step - contacting the maker. You can get down in their and see if you can find a MFR name on it, look in the blue bag of manuals for a sheet on it or do as Bob suggests and contact Heartland Customer Service by phone and they can advise you on the brand and likely walk you through the issue.

When you learn the brand - circle back here with that info and we'll try to find the manual for it in PDF and get it placed on HOM (Heartland Owners Manuals).
