Water holding tank

Hi everyone just got my new 3300ck sundance home my first fifthwheel was reading in the owners manual about holding tanks will it hurt if my fresh water tank is full driving down the road

Hi Huston,

You should be fine driving with a full tank. I would take it easy on the rough roads, offroad or where you can reduce the impact.

I have been pulling RV' since 1967, usually with a full water tank. I have never had one fall out, I've had them sag though. On my Bighorn I found the tank sagging when I installed the disc brakes. I drained it and got it back up into place with a 3/16 aluminum plate between the tank and the straps. Then I bolted a 6' piece of 1 1/2" X 3" X 3/16" tube across the frame. There is no sag at any time now, And always pull with a full tank.
